I have always enjoyed Chemistry. As a student at high school, at University, while completing my PhD and now as a Chemistry teacher. There always seems to an infinite amount to know. Firstly, in the broad range of subtopics within the umbrella of Chemistry and also in the challenge of learning how to teach Chemistry to others. Being able to open the world of Chemistry to a range of students is my particular interest. For many students it is a challenging subject. However, it is for this same reason that it can also be their most rewarding subject. Unlocking the world of Chemistry to a student who has previously found it to well and truly a hidden mystery is the best reward that any teacher of Chemistry can receive.
